he deadline for receipt of tenders and opening of envelops is at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday on 23/03/2016 Tenders received after this deadline shall not be accepted and shall be returned unopened to the sender.
- The opening of envelopes shall be at YM headquarter in the CEO Office, in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized representatives.
