If you think that your balance is being consumed too fast, it's probably because of one of the following reasons :
Frist :Here are some tips which can help you control the consummation of the data, and other reasons you may not aware of may consume your balance too :

Second :You may have activated the auto-renewal of your internet plan or add-ons subscriptions.
Third :You may have requested "Salfni" Service previously; If you have a low balance," Salfni" Service allows you to get YR 100 of credit instantly when your balance drops below YR 5 for postpaid and YR 9 for prepaid. Then it will be deducted from your next recharge automatically.
Fourthly :Check if your balance has expired, that's, Prepaid system numbers have a certain validity depending on the balance that has been recharged. For example: if 200 credits have been recharged, it will have a sending validity period of 8 days, during which you can use the balance. If the sending validity period is expired, the number system will turn to a receiving validity period even if there is still a part of the balance, For example, if the remaining credits are 50, they will be frozen, until you activate them with a new balance during the giving 20 days of the receiving period and add a new sending validity, otherwise the 50 credits will be expired.
Fifthly :Make sure to use the balance of the package within the validity period (for example, the Mazaya package). That's, the pack balance expires, if the validity period of the pack expires.
