International Roaming Service

• Visit the main office with your ID.
• The international zero must be activated in the number.
• The number should be a card and if it is programmed you will have a duplicate card.

 * Once the card is placed and activated in the device, roaming service is automatically activated.

• The card will be used outside Yemen in a GSM mobile or Thuraya.
• The customer can select a network while roaming in a manual way.

Manual network selection can be used as in the following :

• Search the network by mobile phone by selecting "Phone Settings"
• -Search the network "Manual" selection of the GSM phone list
• -Select the appropriate network according to the network regulation.

If you want to use Yemen Mobile connections abroad via satellite rather than GSM, you can use Thuraya network as an alternative to other telecom operators.
Any country will be added to the list that has service when this service is available in that country.

• The credit limit should be increased to 40,000 Y.R, and the subscriber can withdraw the insurance amount at any time and be unsubscribe of the service if he doesn’t consume it.
• The tax differs according to the visited country ‘s policy and terms.
• A duplicate card with the roaming service feature costs 300 Y.R.
