Introduction
It is an electronic collections service and immediate charging provided by Yemen Mobile to all its subscribers, through which an electronic balance is fed to the subscriber with an account independent of his regular balance and with the same mobile number. The subscriber can pay and charge Yemen mobile numbers, pay the services and packages fees, pay other public services bills (landline, Internet, Electercity,etc) and transfer electronic balance to another subscriber.

Service activation:
Every subscriber has an account according to his/her personal information in Yemen Mobile's systems. He/she is considered as an unactive subscriber in Rial Mobile. The account of the subscriber in the service is activated directly for the first time through:-
- When the subscriber receives an electronic balance transferred to him from another subscriber in the service.
- When feeding an electronic balance at one of the company's branches or service agents. The deposited balance shall not be less than 1000 riyals.
The subscriber will receive a welcome message that includes activating his/her subscription to the service, details of executing the process, and his/her password.
How to use the service
- Service application for smart devices (APP).
- Direct Voice Call (IVR) to the toll-free service number 6000 and following the voice instructions.
- Text message service (SMS).
- Short direct call using USSD technology.
Main service operations:
The service operations can allow many orders via the toll-free service number 6000, and an SMS message will arrive to the mobile number confirming the completion of any operation and its details:
- Feeding the electronic balance
Visit one of the company's branches or service agents to feed the balance of your electronic account with a minimum amount of 1,000 riyals. when executing the process via one of the service branches, you will receive an SMS confirming the completion of the process containing the amount, time, service point name and number, and the current balance.
- Immediate payment and recharge of mobile numbers via:
- Direct voice calling (IVR) to the service number and following the voice instructions.
- The short direct call by the following way: 60003, then the mobile number * the amount to be paid or recharged, then calling.
Example : 6000 377yyyyyyyyy * 1000 then Calling.
- SMS to pay or recharge your mobile number Send 31, space, the amount, space, the password.
Example: (31 1000 0000).
To pay or recharge another mobile number, send 31, space, the mobile number, space, the amount, space, the password.
- Electronic balance transfer:
The service operations can provide electronic balance transfer orders from a distributor or subscriber to another subscriber via:
- Direct voice calling (IVR) to the service number and following the voice instructions.
- The short direct calling by the following way: 60001, then the mobile number * the amount to be recharged, then calling.
- SMS: Send 21, space, the mobile number you want to transfer to, space, the amount, space, the password.
Note: If the transferred amount is 10,000 riyals or more, you will receive a message containing a verification code to confirm, send it back to the transferee.
After confirming the process by the transferee, you will receive an SMS confirming the completion of the process containing the amount, part of the name and number of the transferee, the time and the current balance of the account, and the transferee will also receive a message containing the same information.
- Payment of Public Services Bills:
Service operations can provide payment orders for telecommunications and public services through direct contact or via SMS:
- Direct Voice Calling (IVR) to the toll-free service number and following the voice instructions.
- Paying landline phone bills: Send 51, space, the mobile number, space, the amount, space, the password.
- Internet bill payment: Send 52, space, the phone number, space, the amount, space, the password.
- Payment of international call bills: Send 53, space, the phone number, space, the amount, space, the password.
- Payment of electricity bills: Send 54, space, the area number, the space of the meter number, the space of the password.
- Payment of water bills: Send 55 spaces, the area number, space, the meter number, space, the password.
- Other bill payments.
- Confirmation of operations:
This order is used only for the operations that need confirmation to be completed by the subscriber, that is via:
- Calling the service number and following the instructions.
- The short direct calling 60002 followed by the verification code (Example: 6000299xxxxxxxx).
- SMS: A text message containing the verification code shall be sent to the service number.
- Account management:
- Service operations can provide account management commands via directly calling the service number and following the instructions or via SMS SMS to the service number as follows:
- Changing the password: send 71 space, the new password, space, confirmation of the new password, space, the old password. (Example: 71 1122 1122 1234).
- Resetting the password: When you forget your password, you can use the alternate number to reset a new password by sending from the alternate number the following: 72 space, your mobile number. (Example: 72 77xxxxxxx). You will receive a message with your new password to your mobile number.
- Temporarily suspending the account 6000: Send 73 space, the password from your mobile phone (Example: 73 1234).
- The alternative number can also be used to complete this process by sending 73 spaces to the mobile number, space to the password (Example: 73 77xxxxxxx 1234).
- Inquiry orders
- Call 6000 and follow the instructions.
- Inquiries via SMS to 6000 for the following orders:
- To inquire about the electronic balance, send: (61 space , the password).
- Inquiry about transfer fees, send: (62 space, the amount to be inquired about, space, the password).
- Inquiries about service orders send: (63).
- Inquiries about the last three transactions sent: (64 space, the password).
- Inquiry about the electronic balance via direct contact (5 * 6000 calls).
