Rial Mobile

It is an electronic collections service and immediate charging provided by Yemen Mobile to all its subscribers, through which an electronic balance is fed to the subscriber with an account independent of his regular balance and with the same mobile number. The subscriber can pay and charge Yemen mobile numbers, pay the services and packages fees, pay other public services bills ( landline, Internet, Electercity,etc) and transfer electronic balance to another subscriber.

Activate the service
Every subscriber has an account according to his/her personal information in Yemen Mobile's systems. He/she is considered as an unactive subscriber in Rial Mobile. The account of the subscriber in the service is activated directly for the first time through:-
- When the subscriber receives an electronic balance transferred to him from another subscriber in the service.
- When feeding an electronic balance at one of the company's branches or service agents. The deposited balance shall not be less than 1000 riyals.
(The subscriber will receive a welcome message that includes activating his/her subscription to the service, details of executing the process, and his/her password).
How to use the service
- Service application for smart devices (APP).
- Direct Voice Call (IVR) to the toll-free service number 6000 and following the voice instructions.
- Text message service (SMS).
- Short direct call using USSD technology.
Main service operations
The service operations can allow many orders via the toll-free service number 6000, and an SMS message will arrive to the mobile number confirming the completion of any operation and its details:

- Feeding the electronic balance
Visit one of the company's branches or service agents to feed the balance of your electronic account with a minimum amount of 1,000 riyals. when executing the process via one of the service branches, you will receive an SMS confirming the completion of the process containing the amount, time, service point name and number, and the current balance.
- Immediate payment and recharge of mobile numbers via:
- Direct voice calling (IVR) to the service number and following the voice instructions.
- The short direct call by the following way: 60003, then the mobile number * the amount to be paid or recharged, then calling.
- Example 6000377yyyyyyyyy*1000 then Calling.
- SMS to pay or recharge your mobile number Send 31, space, the amount, space, the password.
Example: (31 1000 0000).
To pay or recharge another mobile number, send 31, space, the mobile number, space, the amount, space, the password.
