Yemen Mobile Postpaid system brings to you a variety of services in order to meet all your personal and business requirements, such as, special packages and internet packages with different sizes and prices, and different value-added services. Here we will be pleased to introduce to you this system that will help you to get to know the main services of your Postpaid number

How to subscribe

To have a Postpaid number, visit one of our service centers with your personal ID and choose the type of number you like. As soon as you get the sim-card , place it in your mobile, and it will be activated.

Cost:

  • The subscription fees start from 990 YR for the normal number and the Number prices vary according to the category of the chosen number. 
  • 1000 YR as deposit or more according to customer's desire
    Once your number is activated you will get free credit as follows:
  • 150 minutes of free credit within the network.
  • 150 MB.
  • 100 messages.

The validity period of the free credit is 10 days from the date of activation of the number.

Local Rates

The customer gets a 50% discount in the tariff for calls and SMS and for all local networks, with a monthly subscription of 500 riyals, excluding tax, deducted daily according to the number of days of the month as follows:

  • A month of 28 days = 17.86 YR a day.
  • A month of 30 days = 16.67 YR a day.
  • A month of 31 days = 16.12 YR a day.

Voice call services

My beloved service
 It enables customers to select up to 10 Yemen Mobile numbers with a discount reaches up to 30% of the call’s rate.
 To Activate:

  • Call 333 and follow the voice instructions.
  • By following the voice instructions while dialing (333) you will be able to:
  • Inquire about the current chosen numbers.
  1. Add new numbers to your Family & Friends’ list.
  2. Replace the selected numbers.
  3. Delete one or all the current numbers.

The service fees:

  • The call to the short code 333 is free of charge.
  • The cost of adding each of the selected number is 30 Y.R for only once, however,
    when you change any of the chosen number that will also cost you 30 Y.R.

Service features: 

  • It enables you to call five numbers with 1.5 riyals discount per minute.
  • The cost of adding a number is (40), tax is not included
  • The service is for prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
  • There is no monthly subscription fee

Basic services

Workgroup Service:

Workgroup service is made for companies, institutions and legal entities. The service is requested by an official letter, with a list of the required phone numbers, submitted to the headquarters of Yemen Mobile.
How to subscribe to the service?

Subscription terms

  1. An official letter shall be stamped and signed by the legal entity specifying the number of numbers to be included in the workgroup service.
  2. Signing and stamping the work group contract by the entity requesting the service.
  3. Submit a list of the names and numbers to be entered in the group, stamped by the entity, and a copy of the valid commercial register.
  4. Submit copies of ID cards for people whose names and numbers are to be added to the work group in case the numbers are not owned by the requesting party, the second party.
  5. It is not acceptable to add any list that is not stamped with the authority’s seal, or the absence of ID cards for the numbers to be entered in the group, or the repetition of the name for more than (3) phone numbers.
  6. The state of the phone numbers to be added must not be inactive or barred from the service and shall not have any previous subscription fee.

The service is distinguished with the following characteristics:

  • 3000 minutes of calling are for free inside the group, 
  • The cost of calling inside the group is 1 YR per minute after the finishing of the free minutes.
  • Calls outside the workgroup within the Yemen Mobile network are with a 20% discount.
  • The monthly subscription fee to the service is 500 YR for each number, as well as 500 YR for the subscription fee of postpaid. excluding taxes and government fees.
  • The minimum subscription numbers is (15) subscribers.
  • Deposit is 3000 YR.


    International Roaming:
    This service enables you to take your mobile phone when travelling abroad to anywhere in the world, to send and receive calls and SMS whenever and wherever you are, as if you are in your country.
    How to subscribe to the service?
    •    Just visit the nearest branch of the company, and provide a copy of your ID or family card or passport (bring the original for matching).
    •    You must pay a security deposit of 40,000 thousand riyals. You can get it back after 30 days of deactivating the service.
    •    There is also the possibility of using the Thuraya network through the Thuraya device as an alternative in case you want to use “Yemen Mobile” via satellite instead of the GSM network abroad.
    •    The old SIM will be replaced with a new one that supports the roaming service from Yemen Mobile.
    •    In the event of losing the roaming Sim-card, you may get a new one from one of our service centers with only YR 550.
    •    The tax differs according to the visited country ‘s policy and terms.

    Sabahi service
    The Service Features:
    The subscribers will have a discount in the cost of calls, text messages, and browsing the internet from 3:00 Am to 7:00 am 
    The service is activated to all postpaid & prepaid subscribers automatically by default.
    The service fees:

    The offer’s subscription is free of charge.
    The cost is shown in the following:
     
    1 riyal per minute in- network.
    1 riyal for SMS to all local networks.
    3 riyals per mega.
    3 riyals per minute to landline network.
    7 riyals per minute to local networks.

    Missed Calls Service

    The service’s Futures:
    With the Missed Calls service, you will get SMS notifications from the same incoming calls informing you about your missed calls when your phone was switched off or out of the coverage area.
    It can be activated to all Yemen Mobile customers for free.
    To Activate:
    Dial the short code *122.
    To Deactivate:
    Simply dial *123.
    The service fees: The service is free of charge.

    Call Waiting service
    The service  Features:
    It alerts the customer of another incoming call that is on hold while you are calling.
    The incoming caller ID/phone number will be displayed on the screen of your phone.
    You may choose to answer the other call or reject it.
    You could also choose to end the current call and answer the call on hold.
    This service is free of charge.
    To Activate:
    Simply dial the short code *74.
    To Deactivate:
    Dial the code *740
    The service fees
    The Call Waiting Service is free of charge

    Lend me service:
    The service is for all Yemen Mobile customers.
    -   You can borrow 100 Y.R if your credit on your postpaid line is less than 4.5 Y.R
    -   The validity of the service is 24 hours.
    -   Only the used amount of the borrowed 100 Y.R will be deducted.
    -   It is available once a month for Postpaid subscribers.
    To Activate:
    Dial *100# and 100 Y.R will be transferred to your number.
    * If your postpaid number is in a suspend state, or you cross the credit limit you will not be able to activate lend me Service.

    Call me Service
    The Service features:
       A text message of (Call Me) will be sent to the required number whether this number is within Yemen Mobile network or any other local networks.
    -   It can be used three times a day.

    The credit on your postpaid line should be less than 3 Y.R in order to be able to use it.
    If your postpaid number is in a suspended state, or you cross the credit limit, Call Me Service will not be activated.

    Call Forwarding Service:
    The service Features:
    You will be able to forward your calls at all times: when you are already on a call, when you don’t answer a call, or if you aren’t able to be reached ( for example if your phone is turned off )
    This service will enable you to forward your incoming calls to a Yemen mobile number or to any other local network number.
    The service Fees:
    The service  activation is free of charge, however, when the forwarded call is answered, the cost of the call will be deducted from your credits of the original number and not the number being diverted to.

    Conference call for three parties
    The Service Features:
    It enables the customer to communicate with more than one person at the same time and in the same call.
    -   The service is available for both Postpaid and Prepaid customers.
    -   The service  activation is free of charge
    -   You can add any local number regardless of whether they’re with Yemen Mobile or another network.
    -   It is activated by default to all subscribers.

    To Activate:
    Simply follow the steps below in order:
    Call the first person you want till the line is opened >> Call the second person you want till the line is opened>> and then hit the “Call” button in your mobile phone to join everyone together.

    SMS Query service (123)
    This service is one of various channels to help you find the answers to your inquiries fast, and instead of calling Yemen Mobile Customer Service center for assistance, you can send any enquiry via SMS to 123 and get the answer at the same moment.

    333 Service:
    By dialing the free code 333, you can:
    •   Activate any of Yemen Mobile packages ( Mazaya Package , weekly Mazaya pack ,Hadaya pack, Hadaya Tawfeer pack, Mobile net packages).
    •   Deactivate the bundles and packages.
    *The service is available for prepaid and postpaid lines.

    The Service’s fees:

    •   Calling the short code 333 & browsing the service's list is free of charge, and you will only be charged once you select and activate any package from the list.

    changing the system from Prepaid to Postpaid

    The service Features:
    -   This service enables you easily to change the system from Prepaid to Postpaid 
       The Service’s Fees:
    -   The  Fee is 1100 Y.R
    -   The Credit Deposit for the postpaid new line is 1000 Y.R.
      To Activate:
    -   The owner of the prepaid number should visit the main center or any of our branches with the ID card, and sign a postpaid contract with his\her name

    Ownership Transfer Service
    Yemen mobile customers can transfer their lines ownership to someone else’s.
    The Service conditions:
    -   The service is exclusively available in the main center or at any of our main branches.
    -   To complete the ownership transfer procedures, the attendance of the current owner and the new one is required with their IDs cards.
    -   In case the ownership belongs to a company, foundation, or any government institution, an authorized letter from the concern party is required to transfer the ownership of the number.
    The Service Fees:
    -   The cost to transfer the ownership is 550 Y.R.

    Detailed invoice (Bill)
    -      If you would like to have a detailed bill of your number usage, you can visit the main office or one of our branches with your ID.
    The Service’s Fees:
    -   330 Y.R for one monthly bill


    Obtain a replacement sim-card 
    -   In case you need to obtain a replacement sim-card, you can visit the nearest Yemen Mobile branch with your ID card, and we will be glad to provide a replacement card for you.
