Is your credit running out quickly and you don’t know why it happens!

 Here are steps that will help you keep your credit from being lost:

What to do Reason On IOS devises ON Android devices
Turn off the data of apps that consume a lot of internet when you are not using them. There are apps consuming a lot of internet, and to know which apps consume more credit than other; Go to: setting > cellular data , then turn off the data of apps you don't often use , and turn them back on when you need to use it Go to: Settings>Connections> Data Usage> Mobile Data Usage. Here you can see which apps consume the internet more than others, and turn them off when you don't use them, or choose the' Set cellular data limit' that controls the amount of internet you want to consume in specific period.
Turn off background app ,updating, refresh. This feature allows apps to search the internet for new information in the background in a smart way even if it is not active on the screen, to control this: Go to: General > setting> , then search of 'Background app refresh' , and you can turn off this feature for all or specific apps. Go to: Settings < Data Usage < Mobile Data Usage , choose the 'App settings' , and under the 'App settings' ,turn off 'Background Data'.
Turn off auto-playing of Facebook videos This feature Consumes a lot of internet , to turn it off: Go to: Account setting > Videos and Photos Facebook setting , and set 'Auto-play' on' Wi-Fi'. Go to: Facebook settings < App settings, and set' Auto – play' on 'Wi-Fi'.
Turn off the Wi-Fi assistant in the iPhone. If Wi-Fi Assist is enabled , the phone automatically switches to cellular data in case of weak Wi-Fi . Go to: Setting> cellular ,then head down and turn off Wi-Fi Assist.
Turn off auto-downloading of the APP Store and iTunes when you don't need it. Go to: Settings iTunes> App Stores, and turn off auto-downloading.
Turn off saving documents to iCloud in iPhone when you don't needed. iCloud allows documents to be kept in an electronic cloud, and is accessed through the associated iPhone . This service also consumes internet credit Go to: Setting > iCloud , and turn on the internet for apps that need to store a copy of it.

Second: check if you have a subscription to added services with auto-renewal. 
Third: make sure you have an auto-subscription to a monthly auto -renewal package, such as; Internet packages or basic auto-subscription service, such as; Hello everyone. 
Fourth: Check if you have used "Lend me" service.
fifth: make sure that if your credit has expired, because prepaid numbers have a specific validity period according to the credit that has been recharged. 
For example; if 200 rials are recharged, the number has a sending validity period of 8 days , during which you can use the credit. If the validity period for sending expired , the number system turns into a receiving validity period, even if there is a part of credit , for example: 50 rials, where it will be frozen and a period of 20 days is granted during the receiving period, through which the number can be activated with a new credit and added to the 50 rials with a new sending validity period .But, if the recharge wasn't done within a receiving validity period ( 20 days) and the number system turned into expiry period, the remaining basic credit of 50 Riyals expires. 
Sixth: make sure to use the package credit within its validity period ( for example ; Mazaya package , as the package expires the credit granted in package expires.
