To permanently delete all your data from your phone.

If you are thinking of selling or exchanging your old Android phone, but are afraid to recover your data, all you have to do is follow the following:

1. Copy your data in case you need it again, and make a copy of it on your Google account.
2. Log out of your email or social media accounts.
3.  Make sure that performing a factory reset only may erase the data, but it is not a 100% guaranteed method.
4. Encrypt your device from the settings menu. You will not need any special tools, but it may take you a long time.
   Setting >> Security >> Encrypt phone, and sometimes you may try again until the process succeeds.
5. When the scanning is complete, cancel access to the phone from Facebook or Google and perform a factory reset.
